Designed by Theron Parlin and Dave Kellam, this theme searved as the skin for Thought Mechanics at its influential peak when Theron was still managing it. This advanced theme requires a few plugins though to get going, which include the Brian’s Latest Comments and UTW, all of which will be reviewed in the plugin section here sooner or later!

Aside from using plugins (which must be activated prior to start), there are at least two modes I recommend to the original code t omake like easy:

1. In index.php there is alink calling for the number of times the post was viewed, however, the required plugin was missing (in the version I downloaded), so went ahead and deleted that line (look for it right before the code for comments)
2. In sidebar.php, the flickrrss tag was replaced with a simpler JavaScript and changed the URI to point to wpSnap on Flickr
