Orange Maroon Web Effect

Orange And Maroon Web Effect by BuzzDroid is a simple 2-column theme designed and dedicated in support of the Virginia Tech victims (hence the 4/16/07 banner in the sidebar). This simple theme has plenty of real estate for both your content and sidebar elements. The theme uses excerpt for content and not full posts, you are able to change this rather easily by editing index.php and changing the the_excerpt to the_content within the loop. There is one other change I did which is list in the bug fix below. This theme is not just for Hokies, it’s for one and all interested in a full function theme that is more than just a WordPress skin.

Bug fix(es): Please note the bug was found in the version we downloaded, it might have been corrected since.

In the download package there were two search forms, one in the header and another in the sidebar, in FF the sidebar search was messing up the category widget, so I removed it by deleting the searchform tag in sidebar.php.
