Blue Idea

Blue Idea by Richie Ni is a 2-column theme that is…well, blue, fixed width, and styled with a lot of care. The design is very Web 2ish and is a good starting template to redesign. There is one PhotoShop fix required to add the site heading or name (which is my only issue with such themes) and is not included in the download. The theme is overall a good option if you are either a designer planning on redesigning or a user planning on using it as is, nothing in the middle.
