AskGraphics has some fine themes under his belt, this one particularly caught our attention for its usability and presentation. If you are in the process of setting up a new site and not sure if your site will grow into the powerhouse you plan on making it, it is best you start off with a theme that offers both ample room for content and plenty more for sidebar widgets and advertisements. Tech3 is ideal for any site subject (not just tech) since it has no images or other identifying features making it one of the best generic themes around.
