Js Theme v2 - PolarLight “Fixed width”

This is the fixed width version of the Js Theme - PolarLight also by Jay. This version has one main column for content and 2 bottom (side)bars, ideal for small format screens.

Bug fix(es): Please note the bug was found in the version we downloaded, it might have been corrected since.

There is one bug fix required for this theme for use in both IE and FF. While using Brian’s Latest Comments, there is an additional RSS icon within the sidebar.php that is displayed to the right of the screen outside the boundaries of the fixed content area, you will notice that in the test run, but that is not really an issue if you don’t use that particular plugin to display comments and alternatively use Get-Recent-Comments.
