Small Potato of WPDesigner is exceptional when it comes to attention to details, his Peaceful Rush theme is an example of just one such theme by this author who brought the WP community 32 themes in 32 days. Structurally, this 2-column theme is just right for all screen resolutions. Visually, the font usage to distinguish the hierarchy and the contrast used on the content side to highlight links show how thorough his work is. The theme uses just one header image 702px wide and 150px high, making it easy to swap out to create a unique look.
